Why we do it
Global Advance´s founder saw an opportunity, in the need for Western talent in the Middle East. There has been no company dedicated to making these Western professionals available to everyday businesses. As a German national with strong ties to the Middle East and as a former national recruiter, he decided to found the first and only company, that is dedicated to finding European and American professionals for businesses everywhere in the Middle East.
How we do it
Global Advance uses every available tool from high end technology to local and contact based technics. At Global Advance, there is a general will to always find the right person, from the decided country. Every candidate is pre-selected, meaning that his background, as well as his expertise and skills have been tested preemptively to the client´s interview.
