The standard notice period in Europe is typically 4 weeks to 4 months, and the recruitment process itself takes one to three weeks.
Many people from Germany and across Europe choose to leave their countries for a variety of reasons. Some are seeking new experiences or challenges and career opportunities beyond their borders, attracted by the growth and opportunities available in the GCC countries. More recently, the political situation in many Western countries is changing rapidly, and many people are not happy with the changes that have been made. In addition to these factors, financial considerations also play an important role. For example, a doctor in Germany faces a 40% tax on personal income, along with a 19% VAT and other specific taxes on products and services.

We work with several leading companies from Germany and Europe including Bosch, Brose Sitech, DSV and EON.

Our unique GCC approach focuses on the relocation of Western professionals to the Middle East across a wide range of sectors. This strategy enables us to provide key personnel to prominent defense companies in the region, support healthcare facilities in Qatar and various Emirates with excellent doctors and nurses, and contribute to the high standards of education in the GCC by placing European teachers in schools across the Emirates.

If an employee leaves the company for any reason within the first 6 months, the position will be refilled for no extra fee, or the entire fee will be refunded.
